The Milesight WT304 is a smart LoRaWAN® fan coil thermostat designed for advanced and energy-efficient climate control in modern buildings. Supporting both 2-pipe and 4-pipe fan coil units with proportional 0–10V valve control, the WT304 fits seamlessly into a wide range of HVAC environments.
Its 2.7-inch e-ink display ensures excellent visibility under any lighting conditions, while the ergonomic buttons offer intuitive on-device operation. The thermostat allows up to eight daily schedules, enabling automated heating, cooling, and ventilation tailored to building usage patterns.
The WT304 features window-opening detection, anti-tamper protection, and frost protection, helping reduce energy waste and protect equipment in low-temperature conditions. In control mode, it offers multiple temperature control types and four fan speed levels for precise comfort management.
With its DI interface, the thermostat integrates easily with building management systems or keycard access solutions. The installation-friendly design enables quick deployment in existing facilities without major modifications.
